Acceptance of these terms
By using this website, including the Wall and the Hunt, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
Acceptable use
Use this site for its intended purpose: following the General Assembly, sharing photos on the Wall, and playing the Hunt. Don't post content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or that infringes someone else's rights; don't impersonate another person or NMO; and don't attempt to disrupt, scrape at scale, or reverse-engineer the site or the Hunt's scoring.
Content you submit
You keep ownership of photos and captions you submit to the Wall. By submitting, you confirm you have the right to share the content: including the consent of anyone identifiable in a photo: and you grant IFMSA a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display it on the AM26 website and related promotional channels for as long as it remains published. You can ask us to take it down at any time: see below.
Moderation and takedown
Wall submissions are reviewed before publication and may be removed at our discretion, including after publication, if they breach these terms or on your request. Takedown requests made during the GA are handled within 24 hours; email us at the address below.
Your account
Keep your Wall sign-in details to yourself. You're responsible for activity under your profile. We may suspend or remove a profile that breaches these terms.
This isn't GA registration
This website does not handle official GA registration, visas, or payments. Registration runs through your NMO and official IFMSA channels: see our Privacy Policy for details.
Intellectual property
The AM26 website's design, text, and code belong to IFMSA or its licensors, except for content you submit yourself. Don't reuse our branding or content commercially without asking first.
No warranty
This website is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we're not liable for losses arising from its use, including from schedule changes, outages, or errors in published information: always check the Organizing Committee's official channels for anything time-critical.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the website evolves. The date at the top always reflects the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
